Hi All, In the past, I’ve had some really good PowerPoint files up here for download for using and understanding the Chyron Character Generator MicroX . Turns out downloading them with a 3-party program (Pando) was difficult for some and ultimately the downloads expired over time. Thus, you can now download those tutorials at a different place – my dot mac site here (Link: http://homepage.mac.com/mishavideo/FileSharing1.html). Be aware that the files are “zipped” and inside are Microsoft PowerPoint files. To view these and learn from them you’ll need to either a) have PowerPoint installed on your computer or should b) install a PowerPoint viewer (available here free). Alternatively, you can use a “PDF” version of these files that I’ve made available at the same site (here’s a download link to a “PDF” viewer if you need it). Meet Paul Eisen, the “Video StudentGuy“. As the name states, the author of this blog is a student of video production somewhere in the US (let me know if you find an “about me section” on this person). In any case, he makes a great read/listen for those interested in video and headed down related paths. Also, he’s setting clear goals for himself, making a document of their learning experience, generating know-how as they produce sporadic audio podcasts and leaving a trail of knowledge they gained behind.
